Bipolar Disabled Woman Seeks Government Grant Money For Companion Dog

I am in want for a loving pooch. My last pooch named Poohbear died in my arms from a massive stroke.
We had Poohbear from 1994 to 2004. He had several homes before I rescued him from the shuffle.
I so desire a sweet pooch to pamper and spoil.
You see I am bipolar/depressive and have anxiety as well and having a sweet cuddly pooch to spoil would make me so happy when I start feeling down and out.
I love to hug and squeeze and pamper my little pooch babies because to me they are members of the family and deserve the best.
I love to let my babies sleep in the bed with me because they deserve a comfy place to lie down.
There's nothing like having that pooch baby snoring in your ear when you are sleeping or lapping your face when you are blue.
I am on SSI and seeking government grant money to help pay for the adoption and training for a cuddly pooch.
