Bipolar Disabled UK Woman Seeks Government Grant Or Loan

Four years ago, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. After an operation that was supposed to make me better, I was left with a permanent disability.

I was promised lots of stuff by disability staff but got treated like third rate by my doctor, so my local MP has taken over as my pain manager.

I need a grant or loan to sort out my garden and front room. I also need a stair lift, which I will never be able to get without your help. Now, I crawl up the stairs.

I'm not very good explaining myself, but if you could please help. Thank you.
