Benefits For Disabled War Veterans

by Russell
(AL, USA)

I was disabled in the military as a B-52 flight crew member, and I'm now looking for benefits for disabled war veterans. I was grounded and did not want to get out so I stayed grounded.

Being bored I got out when my time was up. Then my disability got worse and affected my civilian career.

I then had no choice to apply for disability which caused me much time, pain and heartache. I had financial troubles, including credit. Since then, my family has gone through such troubled times, including sickness, death, fires, homelessness and the list goes on.

My family has never known peace and though they are older now. A home to come home to will bring a family together that could never come together when we were together during their turmoiled young lives.

I'm not asking for a free-built house, just a small inexpensive house like a Jim Walter home that can bring our family together, something we could never do before. Any benefits for disabled war veterans would be so welcome.
