Army Veteran Fighting To Pay Bills And Get VA Disability And Social Security Disability

I'm a single mother of three daughters. I'm also an Army veteran fighting to pay bills and get VA disability and Social Security Disability.
I've been doing this for almost three years. I have multiple health issues... lupus, uterine cancer, heart problems, liver problems, and leg muscles giving out due to sympathetic dystrophy.
I use a walker and I wear leg braces. I take 31 pills a day and go to the doctor at 2-3 times per week. I'm also being treated for PTSD, due to my time overseas.
My utilities have been shut off several times. I'm $3500 behind in my house payments. I struggle on a daily basis trying to get gas for the car and basic household needs.
I receive only $500 a month in child support. Sometimes I wonder if I'm able to keep everything going. I only just want enough money to pay my bills, buy the things we need for the house, and on occasion be able to do things with my daughters.
I have no idea where to turn to for help, with these issues. I just wish there was a VA foundation to help veterans who are waiting to get disability, to help pay their bills.
Maybe then their health would get better, instead of worse. I know that I cry on a regular basis because I am not able to provide for my family the way it should be. All I am asking for is any assistance with my bills, and day to day living.
It seems wrong that I have to be fighting to pay bills and get VA disability and Social Security Disability. Any help would be so appreciated.
