Accident Disabled Man Seeks Financial Grants For Wheelchair Accessible Van

I am single 44-year-old male with no family. I'm looking for financial grants to get a wheelchair accessible van.
I lost the last of my family in 1999 due to cancer. I spent my life savings to bury my last uncle in 1999.
He had no money to get a decent funeral. I only had enough to get him cremated and a small plot to put his ashes in.
My disability consists of spinal damage due to a car accident in 1985 and another in 2005 when a truck cut me off and stopped me in the middle of the road.
I was driving for a company called Paratransit to drive other disabled people to doctor appointments and medical appointments.
After the accident I ended up in a wheelchair and can no longer work to support myself.
Being in a wheelchair I have no way to get to my doctor appointments. I need a wheelchair accessible van with a rear lift and high top to get to my appointments.
I don't have the money for any kind of van, which is why I need financial grants to help out.
I have no way to go on outings such as fishing or to go to other special functions that occur for the adult home I'm in. I can't attend functions for my friends.
I am trying to earn extra income working at home by trying to print business cards for friends and other people. Because I have no clients though, I'm not making any money.
I am currently on SSI making $606.60 a month. The amount is small due to a payback problem I have on my SSI income.
I am looking for financial grants to buy a wheelchair accessible van with a rear loading lift and a high top so I can have someone drive me to and from the appointments and other functions that I would like to do.
