Accident Disabled 21 Year Old Woman Seeks Grant Money For Culinary School

by Jessica Russo
(Bradenton, Florida, USA)

January 5th 2008 I was in a horrible car accident. As a result I ended up in a coma for three weeks. They said I had also died a few times.

I re-learned to walk, eat, shower, and just everything all over again. I was told I wouldn't be able to walk again, but I proved them wrong.

I was told I wasn't ever going to work (function like everyone else) now I have to prove them wrong again.

I want to go to school to learn how to become a pastry chef at Manatee Technical Institute.

So I beg of you, please help me. I'm only 21 and I want to make a future, which would include my DREAM wedding.

This is my request. It's about $6,000 for school, and maybe $10,000 for my wedding. Please help me! Sincerely, Jessica Russo.

I am not having a high price wedding. We do really love each other BUT I have so many people that want to be there that have been there for me throughout all of my recovery, including my 81-year-old grandmother!

$10,000 for a wedding???
by: Anonymous

Wow! If you are broke why would anyone want a wedding that costs $10,000? Why don't you go to the justice of the peace??? If you love each other then you will marry in a church and your preacher will do it for free!!!

Grant for School

Go to any online site for culinary schools and you'll see that there are grants for disabled people. Grant means you don't have to pay back the money.
