64 Year Old Divorced Disabled Single Mother Seeks Government Housing Grant

I am a divorced woman 64 years of age. I've worked hard all my life, bringing up my daughter myself.
My one goal was to be able to pay off my home then in the future give it to my daughter and grandchildren.
I was trying very hard to work with my mortgage company because things where rough. I am disabled and a $423 payment was hitting me hard.
Then I got a reverse mortgage. Now I'll never be able to get back the title and deed to my house. My daughter could never afford to buy it back.
I have been disabled for approximately eight years and never missed a payment. So when times got rough I had to do something.
I wanted my home title and deed so bad because I worked hard for it and now I will never live to see it. I only owed $49,000 on it and it would have been paid.
It was just this May that I took the reverse mortgage. Now the balance owing is up past $70,000. I pray for ways to get my deed and title.
The Chase Mortgage Company should have helped me, but they didn't, even after months of contacting them.
I am grateful to be living here for nothing right now, but it really isn't for nothing because they keep adding the interest to it. I got a little money on signing but it all went to pay bills.
Is there any way I will ever own my home? Is there any way that my grandchildren will be able to live in this home and call it their own?
My doublewide house needs a bigger furnace, along with bigger registers, more insulation, and new metal ductwork instead of the fiberglass runners underneath.
If someone knew how to do this, my electric bill would go way down. The heat pump is okay but they said a bigger furnace and insulation and things would help.
But the real problem is that I'm distressed about not being able to pay off my home and to give it my heirs, because it will be too high for them to purchase.
My daughter and husband served in the Gulf War. They deserve more and I would like to be able to give it to them.
