55 Year Old Disabled Alone Man Needs Grant Money To Fix Home

I am a 55-year-old single man who is mentally retarded and handicapped.

I take myself to the doctor. I have to have a friend help do my finances and bills.

I own my own home. My roof leaks so badly that I have to put a tarp over my bed.

I need help to repair my home and with some personal financial debt.

Please help. I cannot read or write.
