52 Year Old Disabled Carpenter Seeks Grant Money To Make Life Bearable
by Louis E. Laliberte, Jr.
(Malone, NY, USA)
I am a 52-year-old male. I was a carpenter for over 30 years.
I am separated from my wife and plan on getting a divorce in the near future.
I have no children. I live with my fiancé whom I plan on marrying after I get divorced.
Over the course of my working lifetime I developed numerous back problems. I had surgery on my neck to fuse the bones in place.
I still have a ruptured disc in my back. I cannot function without strong medication.
I receive a disability check on a monthly basis. It is not enough to cover my living expenses.
I barely have enough left to purchase food for the month after I pay the bills I have.
Because of the severe pain in my back I am unable to do any kind of work for any length of time.
My fiancé helps out as best she can but is only working a part time job at 12 hours per week and draws unemployment.
I am looking for grant money to help improve my life and make life more bearable.
