51 Year Old Disabled Man Seeks Grant Money For Mobile Kitchen Business

I am a 51-year-old professional. I've worked in the transportation, distribution and manufacturing arena for 30 years.
Being in management I earned a modest living. Two years ago I lost my wife (common law) to leukemia and had used what savings I had for transportation and medications.
This was the beginning of the whirlwind. I continued working but unfortunately possibly due to the stress of losing my loved one, I had a mild heart attack and subsequently had an ICD installed.
That in itself was not too serious except I have been developing DVT (deep vein thrombosis, blood clots) and have filed for SSD.
I cannot collect unemployment because you are required to be "willing, able and available" for work (even though I've worked 30 plus years.
A few years back I had built and operated a concession trailer where I worked and learned the business. It was profitable but due to the coming circumstances had to sell.
I would like to know if there is a grant available for me to build/buy another mobile kitchen. Revenues from mobile kitchens are increasing and always in demand.
I had also considered re-opening a restaurant/pub in NY that my relatives own. I'm including pictures of my old cart and one similar to what I would like to purchase.
Please let me know. Thank you, Brian D. Stone.
