50-Year-Old Single Mother Of Four Seeking Government Disability Grant For Convict Artwork Business

I am a 50-year-old single mother of four, and a stroke victim. I'm looking for some financial assistance, perhaps a government disability grant, to start a business that would help families of prisoners.
I can no longer work or drive a car due to the stroke, as the right side of my body is partially paralyzed. My father is also paralyzed due to a stroke. He is a vegetable and cannot speak.
My niece has been taking care of him, but is now getting a divorce. She has to go back to work to support her five children and can no longer care for my parents.
They all live in California. I moved to Texas to be with my boys. I thought it would be cheaper and easier for my niece. I only get $900 per month from Social Security, which is not enough to live on.
I have an idea that I believe would make a profit for my family as well as others. I would write prisons and try to get artwork from the convicts. I would of course have to pay for the artwork.
This would help out their families too, as most of these families are on welfare. This money is for the children, but the mothers or fathers take some of this money and send it to the convicts.
Then the families on the outside wouldn't have to send them money and take food out of their kids' mouths. Then I would take the artwork and have it printed on clothing.
This clothing would then be sold at Flee Markets, Bike Rallies, Tattoo Convention, Tattoo Shops, Bike Shops, and on the Website.
I would need to buy a truck and trailer, which my sons would drive to the different venues. I would have a website set up, and do the artwork and the clothing.
I just pray that I could get help with the start up money. I would then be able to leave my sons something they could take over if I have another stroke.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, and any government business grant information you can send my way.
