49-Year-Old Disabled Man Seeks Government Grant To Build Electric Car

I'm a 49-year-old man that has become disabled after failed back surgeries. I want to design an electric or hybrid car for the average family.

This will allow them to cut living expenses and at the same time cut energy usage. I have the facility to build prototype.

I will design with help from my son who is an AutoCAD draftsman, and can do actual manual labor.

I have two years of junior college training in industrial electricity and motor control, and basic electronics.

I am permanently disabled and am on Medicare, and receive $12,000 yearly in disability retirement payments, so I really need a government grant for materials to build a prototype.

I have a donor car for the frame and other components. I will teach my son how to use fiberglass and foam for body and I know the electric formulas to design controls and power systems.

What I am saying in a nutshell is I have the training and my 25-year-old son has the muscles along with other help as it becomes necessary.

Please consider me as this will be the chance to bring my family out of low-income living, and at the same time provide a way for other families to cut there fuel bills dramatically.
