49-Year-Old Disabled Man Seeking Government Grant Money To Relocate

I'm a 49-year-old disabled man seeking government grant money to relocate. I've lived in a Section 8 efficiency apartment for six years in Pontiac, Michigan.

My concerns are finding grant money for relocation to a warmer climate for health issues and finding a reasonable home for myself to live the rest of my life.

It seems like I can't contact the right people to do so. I'm disabled and have severe back and neck discs degenerating and arthritic pain, sleep apnea and moderate depression from my issues.

My mother passed in November 2008 from a battle with ovarian caner for about 18 years. I have done my best up till now. I have helped her for the last 15 years and now I need help myself. I wish to relocate.

Please help. Any form of assistance, whether government grant money or disability benefits, would be welcomed.
