47 Year Old Veteran Nurse Warrior Seeks Grant Money To Fight Mystery Illness

by Esther Barnslater
(Chicago, Illinois, USA)

My name is Esther. I'm 47-year-old veteran and nurse and I'm looking for government grant money to fight a mystery illness.

Please I have a story to tell. I went from physically fit to almost nothing. I am sole provider in my family.

In January 2009, I was told I had a right brain tumor. My only sign was left side numbness.

In February 2009, I had a brain biopsy. There was no cancer, and all autoimmune diseases were ruled out.

I have even been taken out of town to experts.

I have worked all my life. I don't want to lose my home and all I worked for. I refused to die. I am a warrior girl.

Men in the military taught me how to survive. If I ever became a POW, that training is how I make it from day to day.

A second brain biopsy showed nothing. How much can even a warrior take?
