46 Year Old Disabled Woman Seeks Government Grant For Business Painting Skies On Ceilings

I am a permanently disabled 46-year-old woman. I got hurt working for the U.S.P.S. as a part-time employee. I wasn't a "regular" employee so I had no way to draw a pension or anything else except workman's comp. for less then 5 years.
I was just 29 at the time of my injury. I have had countless surgeries on my knees to try and repair the damage. I am tired of trying to live on the amount I receive from SS & SSI. The $650/month doesn't go very far at all.
I have looked into and tried several "home-based" businesses, but the money I needed to get them and keep them going was beyond my ability, or didn't work as I was told they would.
I have found a terrific business that I can do any time I want. The fun part is, I don't have to worry about long hours sitting/standing or high inventory costs.
I can even get my family and friends involved with me to earn a living also. It's a company that will allow me to paint the night sky on a typical bedroom ceiling, very authentic looking, all in about two hours.
I can name my asking price; I'm not set to the company's price guidelines and the cost of materials is less then $10 a ceiling. I will not be limited to just residential homes; there are also hotels, motels, movie theaters and so much more.
This company has been in business for over 20 years and with all my research, I find them very reputable.
My problem is I desperately need help to buy the equipment, paints and such. I already have potential customers just waiting for me to get the equipment.
I truly hope there is someone out there that can help me. I want to help support myself and not rely totally on government assistance for the rest of my life, because that's not any way to live.
Thank you for your time. Any help at all in getting a government business grant will be appreciated.
