45 Year Old Disabled Single Mom In Debt Seeks Single Mother Grants Pending SSI

I am a divorced 45-year-old single mom in debt with three children. Two are adults and one is a minor child.
I have reached a great level of frustration trying to find the single mother grant or other help that I need.
In November of 2007 I was injured on the job. I fell backward down a set of cement steps. My doctor has classified me as permanently disabled.
Since this injury my condition has deteriorated over the last four years. At the time of my injury I was considered morbidly obese.
In spite of my weight, I was able to get and maintain a very physically demanding job.
But my weight has since increased and has put more of a burden on my body.
This has decreased my mobility and prevented me from working an outside job.
As a result, I have lost my home and I'm now forced to live with my son's family. This has created a hardship for him as well.
I take numerous medications for chronic pain related to my injury. I also take medications for COPD. I also take medication for high blood pressure.
Being unable to work outside the home at the present time, I have been searching online for at-home work.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any opportunities that don't involve me getting charged money to start.
I am currently in the process of trying to get SSI. I have also applied for TANF to help me in some way till I can find something else.
As a single mom in debt, I am looking for any sort of single mother grant that I qualify for that can help sustain me till I get an SSI determination.
I would also like to get any help available in the process with SSI if I am denied. Social security disability lawyers and attorneys working on a contingency basis would be of interest.
