43 Year Old Stroke Disabled Man Seeks Education Grants Loans For Retraining

I'm a 43-year-old stroke disabled man looking for education grants loans or any sort of funding for retraining.
I'm recently divorced because my wife could no longer tolerate the burden of my medical condition.
I have no children and no any living relatives
On August 23, 2009, at the age of 41, I suffered a massive stroke leaving me disabled and unable to perform my work in property management.
I've lost the skills necessary for the job. I've lost most of my basic motor skill functions, along with basic cognitive skills such as math and grammar.
I can no longer afford my mortgage payment. So in an effort to not lose my home, I've rented it, while I live in a friend's basement.
I've reached the point where I can no longer afford my healthcare. It has been canceled and I no longer have funds for my needed medications.
I applied for the home modification program, but was unfortunately turned down. I receive a small amount of money from SSI, which is barely enough for food costs.
I was looking for any educational grants loans and such that could assist in retraining for employment.
Any funding at all for education would help. I'm still young and only need the money required for school.
