43 Year Old Quadriplegic Single Mother Seeks Grant Money For Accessible Vehicle

I am a 43-year-old quadriplegic, single mother of three boys. I have been this way since I was 12 years old, due to a swimming accident.
I am in dire need of a handicapped accessible vehicle. I currently have no transportation to get anywhere.
Many of my family members are laid off and are unable to help.
My kids will have no Christmas this year. I receive $600 a month and I only make $16,000 a year from assistance.
My boys are 9, 16 and 18. Two or three times a year I have pneumonia and have many doctor appointments to go to because of my condition.
I have no way to get groceries. I can't attend school functions or other such events.
By the grace of God, I have made it this far. I am only asking for a grant to help me with a handicap vehicle.
Thank you in advance for any help you can suggest.
