40-Year-Old Dana With Multiple Disabilities Seeks Government Grant Money

I became disabled this year. I am 40 years old and have worked the biggest part of my life.
I have a joint disease. When I walk my knee goes out on me. Sometimes I can catch myself, though sometimes I don't.
Also when I walk, my knee pops and hurts and sometimes it is loud. I also cannot walk on it right. I limp on it all the time. I also have emphysema (breathing problems).
I cannot get out and play with my nieces and nephews or grandchildren because of my breathing problems and my knee.
When I go up to my grandmother's house, and she lives just in front of me, I do good at breathing and try not to get knocked down cause of my knee.
I am also starting to try and support two children in college. One of my children also has ADHD.
I have been trying to find help with my power bill and house payments. My children are trying to find a job but no one is doing any hiring just taking applications.
Is there any way I could get a grant to help out with paying my bills and food? I am at my end of everything.
It is causing me to slip into depression. I'm unable to afford most of my medicines. Any kind of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
