40 Year Old Mother Seeks Government Grant For Debt Relief

I'm a 40-year-old year disabled mother of two sons. My disability is the result of a car accident in 2002.
The accident left me with a broken back, shattered left hip and pelvic bones and a broken left thigh.
All shattered bones were replaced with titanium and my back was replaced with a cage.
I am not able to walk far or push anything more than 10 pounds at a time.
I have a 17-year-old son who is learning and speech impaired. He struggles daily in life to communicate effectively.
I also care for my elderly mother who suffers from several diseases.
The reason I am asking for help from grants is because we are drowning in everyday bills. Our electric bill runs over $500 every month and that absorbs most of my disability check.
If I could just get a little help with the basic needs things could be great. Thank you for listening to my story.
It's not that different from the other thousands of people struggling right now, but I need help to show my son that sometimes life does work out.
