37 Year Old Disabled Navy Veteran Seeks Debt Relief Solution

I am a 37-year-old disabled US Navy veteran from Texas. Getting injured in Iraq left me with a number of disabilities.
I have been divorced from my wife for two and a half years. I am the primary custodial parent of my daughter Haleigh who is 7 year old.
I served in the United States Navy from 2001-2004 as a Navy Corpsman. I was awarded the Purple Heart, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Meritorious Mast.
I was injured in Iraq in March of 2003 when I knelt on a landmine while tending to an injured Marine. I suffered a right below knee amputation.
I also suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, left peroneal nerve damage, tinnitus, headaches, sleep apnea and memory loss.
My symptoms are getting worse every day. I have times where all I do is lie on the couch all day.
I can only stand for about 5 minutes before I start getting intense pain in my left foot.
I was medically retired from the United States Navy due to the injuries I sustained in Iraq. I also receive Social Security Disability.
My financial hardship occurred when I divorced my wife in 2009. I got stuck with $28,000 of credit card debit as well as $179,000 for the house.
There are months when I cannot pay all my bills. I live pay check to pay check and my credit card debit is getting bigger because I can only make the minimum monthly payments.
I am on a fixed income because I am unable to work due to the nerve damage in my left leg, depression and posttraumatic stress disorder. I receive my VA disability and Social Security disability.
I am looking for a grant to help me pay off all or even some of the credit card debit I got stuck with in my divorce.
