35-Year-Old Disabled Man Seeks Grant To Ease Burden On Caregiver Sister

I am 35 years old. I have lived with my mother all my life. A month ago, she passed away due to many illnesses. She was only 67 years old.
Now I am going to live with my sister. We are selling both homes to build one for the four of us. My sister is trying to stay in my community.
We would like to build in order to have things new and not have to keep repairing old things. My water pipes freeze in the winter, and a part of the ceiling is cracking and bowing.
My van is old and breaking down frequently. My sister lost her job in September. She has gotten a new one, but her paycheck is smaller.
My wheelchair has become uncomfortable for me.
We are hoping for some help to start a new chapter in our lives, to be able to continue to live in a house and take care of me there and not in a nursing home.
I will need larger doors and a wheelchair shower and ramps to make things accessible for me.
My sister is accepting the responsibility of my care, but I hope there is help to lessen her burden. A government housing grant for disabled people would help.
