26 Year Old Single Mother Seeks Housing Grant Money For Disabled Daughter

My name is Naudia Smith. I'm 26 and a single mother of two kids, a son 8 and a daughter 3.

My daughter Aniyah has been disabled since birth. She has genetic translocation, which affects her in many ways. She can't walk, talk, or feed herself and cannot understand what's going on around her.

It's very hard for me because I don't know what to expect next. The doctors keep telling me they haven't seen her condition before, so the only thing I can do for her is keep loving her, have faith and keep praying she will come out this storm.

The only thing the state has to offer her since birth was SSI. I just took her to the doctor recently and they said now her hipbone is trying to come out its socket.

She is very little for her age and she's underweight. They also said that I would need a house for her. In other words, I need space.

She receives physical therapy and she on the waiting list for occupational therapy, speech, and developmental therapy. I am also searching for the best school that meets her needs.

Are there any grants out there that can help me buy the dream home and a car for my kids and me? Thank you and God bless.
