25 Year Old Accident Disabled Female Seeks Grant For Medical Expenses

I am 25-year-old accident-disabled female. I am not married. I have a father, sister and mother.
I have struggled with my financial situation since I was hurt in an accident, which ended up disabling me at such a young age.
I was in a car accident in 2006. A man fell asleep at the wheel and crossed the double yellow line hit the car in front of me, and then did a 360 into me.
I suffered 2 herniated discs in my lower back. I had to have 2 major spinal surgeries. I had an anterior posterior spinal fusion.
They cut my stomach and back, removed L4 L5 and S1, and put a metal cage sitting on my sacrum and rod and screws.
Then my discs above started to collapse because I am very small and the pressure of the surgery landed me another one.
They cut open my back again and fused me from my first surgery all the way up to T10 a little more than half my back.
It was the worst surgery. I fought for my life. I needed blood transfusions and suffered an ileus. It was so horrible. I wanted to die the pain was so bad.
I made it through and then developed sacroiliitis arthritis right next to my sciatic nerve. I get horrible pain down my right leg and in the joint.
I go through about 4-6 procedures a year to help the pain. I struggle every day with the pain and how this affects my life.
I did receive a settlement but it is going so fast. I paid about $20,000 this year in medical bills with insurance.
I have lots of pain and limited mobility. I am on lots of medication. I can barely afford my meds rent and food.
I receive $1025 a month through social security disability. I can’t work and am barely making it. My settlement money is going extremely quickly with medical bills prescriptions co pays.
I need a grant to help me pay for my living expenses: medical bills, food, procedures, nerve blocks, radio frequency obliterations, epidurals, and so on. I need it to survive.
